The useful bit

What the answer means

A Mounjaro KwikPen, Wegovy FlexTouch up to 2.4mg and Zepbound KwikPen each contain four weekly doses. US single-dose Zepbound pens come four to a box. The fifth weekly dose therefore needs a new pen or box.

The storage note comes from the selected product’s leaflet or label. It is shown beside the dates because ‘four doses’ and ‘how long an opened pen keeps’ are related but not identical rules.
