Change your jab day calculator

Pick your last jab day and the weekday you want. The calculator counts the next occurrence and shows whether the calendar gap is at least 3 days; Zepbound’s label specifies 72 hours.

At least the 3 calendar days in the leaflets.

Zepbound says 72 hours, so check the actual times too.

The useful bit

What the answer means

The Mounjaro, Wegovy and Ozempic patient leaflets allow a change of weekly injection day when at least three days have passed since the last injection. Zepbound’s US label states at least three days, or 72 hours, between doses.

This checker counts calendar days only. It does not know the time of either injection, choose a new day for you, or tell you how to bridge a gap that is too short.

Transparent by design

How it works

  1. 1

    Choose the last day

Use the weekday of your most recent injection.

  2. 2

    Choose the new day

The checker uses the next time that weekday comes around.

  3. 3

    Check the actual times

For Zepbound especially, make sure the full 72 hours has passed.

Plain answers

Questions people ask

Can I change my Mounjaro injection day?

The UK patient leaflet says you can if it has been at least three days since your last injection.

Can I change my Wegovy or Ozempic injection day?

Their UK patient leaflets also say the new day is allowed when it has been at least three days since the last injection.

Is three days the same as 72 hours?

Three full days is 72 hours. The Zepbound label explicitly uses both terms, so the times of the two injections matter as well as the weekday names.

What if the gap is under three days?

The official rule does not allow two doses that close together. Ask your pharmacist or prescriber how to move to the day you want.
