## Meals and drinks

- **With or without food**: Mounjaro, Zepbound, Wegovy and Ozempic can each be injected at any time, with or without food, their leaflets and label say.
- **Tablets are different**: Rybelsus’s leaflet says fast at least 8 hours first, then wait at least 30 minutes before food, drink or oral medicines.
- **Alcohol**: The NHS says it’s best not to drink alcohol while you use it, as it can increase side effects like feeling or being sick.
- **Fluids when you’re sick**: If you’re sick or have diarrhoea, Mounjaro’s, Wegovy’s and Ozempic’s leaflets say drink fluids to prevent dehydration.
